Questions are part of creating a better experience.
We want the details to feel clear before your guests ever gather around the oven.
What to know before
we begin planning.
Every location and celebration is a little different. These answers cover the essentials; your inquiry gives us the context to recommend what will work best for your gathering.
The experience
What exactly is a Bredelo’s experience?+
Bredelo’s is a hosted, mobile pizza experience—not ordinary catering. We bring the oven, ingredients, tools, and hospitality to your location, then guide guests through signature moments from the welcome and first stretch to the gathering around the oven and first slice.
Who is it designed for?+
We create experiences for people who value meaningful time together: birthdays, family milestones, neighborhood gatherings, private celebrations, and community events. The flow can be shaped for families, young chefs, adults, or a mixed group.
Does everyone make a pizza?+
That depends on your occasion and guest count. Some gatherings center on individual pizzas; others work best as a more collaborative experience. We’ll recommend a format that feels natural for your group.
What is the Chef of Honor?+
The Chef of Honor is the person being celebrated. We welcome them into the experience with a special introduction, hat and apron, and the honor of stretching or launching the first dough.
Planning your gathering
Where do you travel?+
We’re based in Ocean County, New Jersey, and plan to serve nearby communities. Share the event address in your inquiry and we’ll confirm whether it falls within our service area.
What kind of space do you need?+
A safe, level outdoor area with room for our mobile oven, preparation area, and guest flow is ideal. Access, parking, surfaces, overhead clearance, and local venue rules can all matter, so we review the setting before confirming.
How long does the experience last?+
Timing depends on guest count and format. Once we understand your gathering, we’ll recommend an arrival, setup, experience, and service timeline so the event never feels rushed.
How far in advance should I inquire?+
Earlier is always helpful, especially for weekends and popular celebration months. If your date is close, still reach out—we’ll be honest about what is possible.
What happens if the weather changes?+
Because the experience is mobile and often outdoors, every booking needs a workable weather plan. We’ll discuss shelter, venue alternatives, and timing before the event so expectations are clear.
Food, service & booking
What is included?+
The core experience includes fresh dough, sauce, cheese, a thoughtful topping selection, pizza-making supplies, on-site baking, setup, cleanup of our service area, and guided Bredelo’s hospitality.
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary needs?+
Tell us about all dietary needs during the inquiry process. Flour, dairy, and other common allergens are present in our working environment, so we cannot promise an allergen-free space. We’ll explain what can and cannot be accommodated before you book.
How does pricing work?+
Pricing will reflect the guest count, location, experience format, and any special needs. After reviewing your inquiry, we’ll recommend an experience and provide clear details before you make a decision.
Is submitting the form a commitment?+
Not at all. It begins a conversation. We’ll review the details, confirm whether we may be a fit, and talk through availability and next steps without pressure.
When is the date officially reserved?+
A date is only reserved after the experience details are agreed upon and the required booking steps are completed. An inquiry alone does not hold a date.
Have a question we didn’t answer?
Tell us what you’re considering. A thoughtful inquiry is the best place to begin.
